Unfortunately they&#039;re still playing by the same rules when it comes to vendor relationships on VAS, and the same dream of &quot;Once we deploy 3G, people will use Video Conferencing..... the same old spiel.  You know how it plays out.

I&#039;m hopeful that better sense will prevail quickly. After all the world is now in an internet cloud :) We CAN learn from experiences in different geographic markets.
